We contracted with OPUS to provide a Rescue Services on the Longannet FGD Project over one year ago now.
The service from OPUS is professional and provides vital support to the project, in both pre-planning of the work and preparation and application of Rescue Plans.
Our Rescue Cover requirements are quite varied from usual sites, as we are heavily involved in working in Confined Spaces, Extreme Height and Over Water.
OPUS has provided a well balanced cost effective approach allowing us to meet our programme dates and keep us well within the legislative requirements.
May we take this opportunity to thank OPUS for providing a highly competent service, which has helped in establishing AMEC miles ahead of our competitions and Clients alike.
It must be remembered that having the Rescue Service is sometimes one element of Project Management that often over-looked, but we now challenge all of our clients by asking "is your home insured, yes is the most common answer, but would you ever consider not having home insurance, no generally being the retort, then why don’t you employ the same ethos to your place of work”
