Projects/Sites are resourced to each client's specific requirements and OPUS ensures that a Contracts or Site Manager is appointed to oversee the day-to-day running of the works in conjunction with dedicated site Supervision. These company representatives responsibilites include:-
- Ensuring best safe working practises are maintained at all times.
- Full compliance with client's requirements, site rules, etc.
- Compliance with OPUS's company procedures.
- Production and review of Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments.
- Site Training.
- Statutory requirements.
To ensure the smooth running of the contract our dedicated management team attend all co-ordination, progress and safety meetings and provide the regular management reports.
Additionally they take a positive role in any project initiatives such as:-
- Hazard/Near Miss Reporting
- Key Performance Indicators
- Team Building
This pro-active approach leads to a no blame culture and enable everyone’s focus to be maintained on achieving the timely safe completion of the works.
