At OPUS, every permanent employee undertakes an annual appraisal, together with regular informal discussions and any aspect of training that will benefit the employee and/or company is also given a pro-active response.
OPUS are a Full Member with Trainer status of the Industrial Rope Access Trade
Association (IRATA) and carry out training for our employees and third party
companies/individuals alike in our purpose built Training facility at Ethan House,

The company is also an accredited member of Institute of Corrosion and via our
membership of CORREX; OPUS trains all our operatives in accordance with the
Industrial Coating Applicators Training Scheme (ICATS).
OPUS are members of and are involved in training apprenticeship schemes within
our National Association of Scaffolding Contractors (NASC), Thermal Insulation
Contractors Association (TICA), Engineering and Construction Industry Association
(ECIA) and CITB.
